Experience and quality for the environment and the industry
The EURO MEC S.r.l technical staff is the heart of our firm and can boast years-lasting experience the Environmental Engineering field, specialized in planning and managing projects for the realization of wastewater treatment plants and wastewater recovery plants specifi cally for the textile industry.
The services offered by EURO MEC are the following:
-
Planning and feasibility studies of customized solutions for wastewater treatment and wastewater recovery plants, according to specifi c customer requirements.
-
Detailed Engineering.
-
Project Development.
-
Procurement of electro-mechanical equipment and machinery from leading international manufacturers.
The EURO MEC S.r.l. plants and equipment are chosen or proposed according to the highest quality and safety standards.
The EURO MEC S.r.l. planning staff cooperates with the most important European partners in order to study and realize the most advanced technologies in the environmental field.

Treatment phases:
-
An accumulation and homogenization tank is necessary to cut the fl ow peak at inlet and homogenise the quality of water discharged in order to supply the biological plant with a constant amount of organic flow in the 24 hours per day.
-
The biological treatment based on a 100% oxidation process is the heart of the plant and the system of air injection through microbubbles is the most important part that allows a high transfer of oxygen to water with minimal energy expenditure.
-
The bacteria eat the pollutants as COD and BOD and transform them into substances that aren’t dangerous for the environment, such as energy for their own lives, CO2 respiration and new organic matter reusable as a fertilizer. The process is completely natural and does not require any chemicals, this allows to operate with very low running costs.
-
The excess organic material is pressed with special machines and used as fertilizer.

-
The sludge is separated in high-performance lamella clarifi ers and then re-circulated in the biological plant. The purifi ed water respects the legal requirements for discharging into rivers, lakes, sea or it can be sent to a water recovery plant.
-
The water recovery can be carried up to 30-40% with a quartz filtration followed by a resin fi ltration.
-
Through the processes of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, recoveries can be achieved up to 90% of waste water and at very low operational costs.
-
It’s possible to separate the dye-bath stream and the fi rst washing water and recover sulphate and chloride salts avoiding to discharge them into the environment and recovering the therefore their cost of purchase.
-
Our specific experience in the textile sector, the elevated performance of our installations and the top quality material used have allowed EUROMEC to co-operate with the most important and biggest textile groups all over the world. A long-term cooperation with our clients has resulted thanks to our ability to provide reliable and quality technical support.
